
Mulinetto della croda

This well-preserved old mill with a wooden wheel was built
at the foot of a 12 meter waterfall on the Lierza Creek. It is possible
to tour the interior of the mill, which includes art exhibitions that
change monthly. This location is also the starting point of many walking
paths, which connect to old mines dating from 1866 to 1947. The entire
area is geologically interesting.

Valdobbiadene wine region

In
the wineries in the region it is possible to taste excellent D.O.C.
wines like Prosecco and Cartizze. You can also enjoy the rare beauty of
the vineyards, which explode with vivid colors in autumn, the time of
the grape harvest and the season for mushrooms and chestnuts.The "Marca
Treviso " can be crossed from east to west in order to descover the
Wine-producing companies, vineyards and wine bars wherw visitors can
taste the red and white DOC wines: the "strada del Prosecco winds
through the hills connect Conegliano to Valdobbiadene and was the first
winw road created in Italy. You can taste: Cabernet, Pinot, Merlot,
Tocai, Verduzzo, Cabernet Souvignon, Chardonnay and Raboso and .....

Grotte del Calieron

Located in Breda di Fregona, this natural cave has been
carved out by the Caron Creek. By means of small wooden bridges, it is
possible to follow the course of the creek through the interior of the
grotto. You can marvel at the fascinating rock formations, or enjoy the
summer theater exhibitions that are performed there.
Collato Castle

Built in 1100, this castle was partially destroyed by
Italian soldiers during the First World War, when it was being used as a
lookout post by Austrian troops. The front was less than 3 km away. The
tower, the central walls, and part of the external walls remain. The
castle is rumored to be haunted by the specter of a former ruler, Bianca
di Collato, who was buried alive by a jealous rival.
Vittorio Veneto Museum

Every Italian proudly remembers this city, where the battle
that concluded the First World War on the Italian Front took
place.
In the city there is a museum dedicated to this
battle.
Revine & Santa Croce
Lakes

Ideal location for lovers of aquatic sports
like windsurfing, sailing and canoeing; it is especially good for
beginners, as the wind is not too strong and the climate is mild. Bit
further away from the Revine Lakes (in the direction of the Dolomites),
this is a bigger lake where the wind usually blows both in the morning
and during the evening, making it popular among surfers and sailors. 
Treviso

Treviso is an elegant city whose
charming medioeval town center is enclosed by sixteenth century walls
and criss-crossed by many water courses that flow into the river "Sile".
The city is renowned for its hospitality, its works of arts, museums,
international exihibitions as well as for its elegant shops, friendly
hosterias,beautiful sqares ( like "Piazza dei Signori" ),buildings of
historical significance, wine bars, festivals, local traditions, and its
culinary delights that include the incomparable "Radicchio Rosso".

Bassano del
Grappa-Marostica

These two cities are extremely picturesque and
well worth a visit. Bassano possesses a tasty and enjoyable gastronomic
tradition. Visitors should not leave the city without partaking of its
asparagus, baccala, and grappa. The tranquil squares and ornamental
architecture are memorable, and the wooden bridge in the city center,
designed by Palladio, is considered a true gem. Marostica, five minutes
from Bassano, is widely known for its lively chess match, a reenactment
of a fourteenth-century game. In 1454, according to legend, Rinaldo da
Angarano and Vieri da Vallonara competed for the hand of a local beauty
by playing a very unusual game of chess. An enormous chess board was
painted in the Piazza del Castello, and the "chess pieces" were actual
people. Every two years since 1954, the city has held a festival,
complete with chess game, people dressed in fifteenth century costumes,
and much celebration.
Asolo

This
popular medieval city has many lovely squares and a fortress open to
tourists on Saturdays and Sundays. Venetian Villas / Maser Among the
many glorious villas of the area worth a visit, the stunning villa in
Maser is not to be missed. It was designed and created by an exceptional
group of artists; Palladio, Paolo Veronese and Alessandro Vittoria.
Visitors can also admire the large garden and the Neptune Fountain.

The
Venetian villas, scattered like huge scuptures through out the regional
territory, belong by rights to the historic and artistic heritage, along
with their parks and gardens. There are as many as 768 of these
extraordinary architectural features in the "Marca of Treviso" , some
famous, others unknown to the general public.Three are by Palladio:
Villa Barbaro at Maser, Villa Emo Capodilista at Fanzolo di Vedelago and
Villa Zeno at Donegal at Cessalto.
Cansiglio & Sports

Cansiglio is a highland (between 898 and 1300 meters)
bordering three provinces: Treviso, Belluno and Pordenone. It is an area
known for its interesting history and its cheese production.The natural
enviroment offers ideal condition for sports like golf, cycling,
trekking and rowing. Monte Grappa is the perfect site for para-gliding.
There are many stables, equestian sports centers. There are also a host
of tessis courts, swimming pools and wonderful area for climbing, hiking
and anythings else you need to turn your holiday into a sports and
cultural experience you'll never forget. 
Dolomiti

These breathtaking mountains are ideal for a number of
activities. In summer, the explosion of nature's colors awakens the
desire to explore, encouraging numerous outdoor activities. Hiking,
climbing, and mountain biking are among the many options available, at
varying levels of difficulty. In winter, the white slopes beckon with
opportunities for downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and
numerous other winter sports. Also within one hour (by car) of our
B&B is "the pearl of the Dolomites", Cortina, which offers the most
beautiful panoramic views of the Arco Alpino.

Cosmopolitan and exotic, crossroads of oriental and
occidental culture, this romantic city has a unique architecture in
which water is both the essence and the future threat. Enjoy the endless
canals and bridges and the many historical sites, such as St. Mark's
Square and the Ducal Palace.
